What R3Forma is
R3Forma is a productivity tool for preliminary architectural studies: drawing plans, viewing them in 3D, estimating quantities and costs, and preparing files for a professional. It is not an architectural, construction or engineering design, not a technical report, and it does not replace a licensed architect or engineer, nor the responsibility record of whoever signs the design and the work.
No calculation is validated
The checks (building codes and technical standards such as NBR 5410, 8160, 5626, 6118, 6120, 9050 and 14718), the structural pre-design, the quantities and the budget are automatic estimates, based on simplified readings of the standards and not reviewed by an engineer. They may contain errors or omissions or be out of date, and they guarantee neither structural, electrical, plumbing or fire safety, nor compliance with standards, local law or the site conditions. A missing warning does not mean the design is right.
For a professional to assess
R3Forma exports the data in formats professionals use (PDF and DXF, the drawing format of AutoCAD and other CAD software), precisely so that a licensed architect or engineer checks, corrects, calculates and takes the technical responsibility. No construction, purchase or decision should rely only on what R3Forma shows.
Designs made with AI
Designs created or changed by an artificial intelligence through the R3Forma MCP server follow the same terms and may contain further errors. Review everything.
Your responsibility
You use R3Forma at your own risk and are responsible for checking all information with a licensed professional before using it.
Limitation of liability
R3Forma is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy. To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for wrong calculations, measurements, quantities, costs, design or construction decisions, damages or losses arising from the use of the app or the files it produces. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants to consumers.
Plans, ads and privacy
The free plan shows ads; Pro is a monthly subscription through the device store, which can be cancelled there at any time. How your data is handled is in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
