R3Forma
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026 (ads in the free plan, Pro subscription, automatic recovery and the MCP server)
This policy applies to R3Forma, developed by André Luiz Nogueira. The app is in development, and this page describes what it does today.
The app asks for no account and does not send your projects to any server: they live in files you save and in a recovery copy on your own device. The free plan shows Google AdMob ads, which may use the device advertising identifier with your consent. The Pro plan is a Google Play subscription with no ads. See also the Terms of Use.
Your projects
A project contains what you draw and type: lot measurements, walls, rooms, doors, windows, floors and the names you give the project and its rooms. It is only written when you save, to a project file in the location you choose. On Android and iOS, the file is kept in the app's documents folder.
The PDF floor plan, the DXF and the 3D image are also generated on your device or in your browser and saved wherever you choose. Sharing a file with other people is your decision, made outside the app.
So you don't lose work, the app automatically keeps a copy of the last projects you opened (up to 10) in your device or browser storage. That copy never leaves the device, and you can remove it from the list on the home screen.
Ads in the free plan
On Android, the free plan shows Google AdMob ads. To choose and measure ads, Google may collect the device advertising identifier, device information, the IP address and ad interaction data. Before the first ad, the app shows Google's consent form where the law requires it; you can change your choice later in "R3Forma Pro" → "Ad privacy", and reset or delete the advertising identifier in Android settings. In the browser and on computers, the ads are R3Forma's own and collect no data.
Learn more in How Google uses data in ads.
Pro subscription
The subscription is made and billed by Google Play, with your Google account. The app only receives confirmation that the subscription is active and keeps that on the device. Payment data stays with Google, under the Google Privacy Policy. You cancel the subscription in Google Play.
There are no own accounts, cloud sync, report submission or usage analytics.
Browser version
The browser version is hosted on a server of our own rented from HostGator. When you open any website, the server delivering it processes connection information, such as your IP address, and records it in technical logs for a limited time, in order to serve and protect the page. Those logs do not include your projects.
To run, the page may also download components and fonts of Flutter, the technology the app is built with, served by Google (gstatic.com). Google receives the same connection information in that request. None of your project data goes with it.
In the browser, saving a project downloads the file to your computer, and opening a project reads the file you select without sending it anywhere. The browser may keep a copy of the app's own files so it opens faster. That copy does not contain your projects.

MCP server (projects made by AI)
Whoever receives an access key can create projects with an artificial intelligence assistant through the R3Forma MCP server. Then the requests and the projects made are kept in that key's own folder on the server, and files generated for download stay available for 24 hours. The AI assistant used (Claude, for example) follows its own provider's policy. To delete your data from the server, write to the address below.
Children and guardians
R3Forma is a work tool for professionals and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal data from them and has no area where other people see what was written.
Retention and deletion
Project files, PDFs and DXFs stay where you saved them until you delete them. We keep no copy of them, except on the MCP server for those who use it. Uninstalling the app on Android or iOS removes the projects kept in its documents folder. If you have any question about data related to the app, write to the address below.
